Kaitlyn Mourlas-Staff Writer
Sophomore Kaitlyn Mourlas is one of the newest members to join The Hawk this school year. Kaitlyn took Introduction to Publications as a freshman with the hopes of writing for the school newspaper. Mourlas also got the opportunity to be inducted into the National English Honor Society, after she was accepted her freshman year.

Mourlas decided to take two English classes during her freshman year because she immensely enjoys writing, but specifically opinion and sports articles.

Kaitlyn is involved in other school activities such as being a member of Connections, managing the girls volleyball team, and playing for the varsity tennis team.

Kaitlyn has a true passion for journalism and hopes to pursue it as a full-time career.
