The Hawk

Lily Rakow- Student Life Editor
Senior Lily Rakow is the Student Life Editor for The Hawk. She participates in many extracurricular activities including student government, National Honor Society, and National English Honors Society. As busy as she may be, Lily always finds time to serve her community through volunteering.

Lily has a passion for English and writing, and was even published in the nationally recognized magazine Discovery Girl.

Lily hopes that The Hawk will become more widely recognized and respected throughout the school. Lily is passionate about school spirit, and she hopes that the publication can provide communication to the rest of the student body about upcoming events that will unite the school.

In addition to student government and honor societies, Lily is a four-year varsity swimmer, captain of the swim team, was voted Senior Class President, and enjoys photography. In the fall of 2018, Lily will attend a four year university and major in political science. After receiving an undergraduate degree, she plans to attend law school.
