Lunch for today includes: Mickey’s Cheese Pizza, Turkey and Cheese Sub, Oven Baked Crinkle Fries, Steamed Turnip Greens, Diced Peaches, Fresh Fruit, and Milk.
Congratulations goes out to the Decatur String orchestra for their incredible performance they had at WIHI yesterday. The orchestra walked away with an overall rating of excellent and nailed every challenge presented to them. Seniors, you were the glue that held everything together and like Mr. Foell, you should be extremely proud of the performance you gave. Again, Congratulations to you all.
SENIORS! TOMORROW, April 1st, is the LAST DAY to order your cap and gown! If you have not done so, please see Mrs. Garton TODAY!
Class of 2023! DNN will be collecting baby photos for the graduation video from now until May 19th. Please submit ONE baby photo to [email protected] between now and May 19th. Make sure you include your first AND last name in the subject line. Spend your upcoming spring break looking for those adorable infant and toddler photos and email them in! You will receive a reply email confirming your submission. If you have a hard copy of a photo, you can bring it in to Mr. Thompson to be scanned and returned, just make sure your full name is written on the back of the photo. See Mr. Thompson with any questions.
Additionally, the Seahawk yearbook will collect senior quotes beginning on Wednesday, April 12th until Friday, April 21st. NO quotes will be accepted before the 12th OR after the 21st. ALL quotes must be submitted through the Microsoft form that will be posted on the DNN Senior News course on Schoology.
Lastly seniors, senior superlative voting will take place the first week of May, from Monday, May 1st until Friday, May 5th. Votes will be collected using a Microsoft form that will also be posted in the DNN Senior News course on Schoology. More information on senior superlatives will be shared at a later date.
This is a friendly reminder that all Presidential Service Awards tracking forms are due to Mrs. Chetelat by April 24 at 3:00 pm. No late forms will be accepted. No exceptions!
TODAY is the last day you can sign up to have the Decatur Cheerleaders Egg your House! You can choose to have your eggs delivered on your porch or scattered in the yard! The deadline to order is TODAY! Please see Ms. Johnson in room C-129 if you have any questions. The Eggs will be delivered on April 7th!
Decatur Nation! The Prom Committee is hosting a fundraiser with Sandals Formal Wear. Sandals will be at school during all lunch shifts on Monday, April 3rd and Tuesday, April 4th. Sandals will be taking measurements for tuxes in the faculty room. If interested, students will need to complete a form that can be obtained from the main office or Ms. Galello beforehand, or from Sandals representatives the day of. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Galello or Mr. Greenwood.

Attention all volleyball, girls basketball, girls wrestling, and softball players. The team room inside of the girls locker room will be cleaned out and closed TODAY! Everything left in lockers will be taken to lost and found. Please clear out and clean your locker IMMEDIATELY!
Decatur JV softball won their battle against Parkside, winning 6 to 5. Dannan Fowler won the game with 7 strikeouts. Josie Palmer fought hard with 2 hits, 2 RBIs and 3 stolen bases, tailing close behind Elijah Payne with 3 hits, 3 runs scored and 2 stolen bases. Congratulations team and good luck today!
