Attention all band, choir, and orchestra students going on the Spring Trip. Your money and permission slips are due now. Please get both of these items to either Mr. Foell or Mr. Gross as soon as possible. Don’t wait until Monday, take care of these two things NOW. That’s Busch Gardens Spring trip money and permission slips due to Mr. Foell or Mr. Gross, immediately!

Attention Class of 2024 NHS Members: The deadline to apply/nominate someone for an NHS Officer position is today. Please be sure to check the NHS Schoology page for information.

SENIORS! The Seahawk yearbook is collecting senior quotes until THIS Friday, April 21st. NO quotes will be accepted after the 21st. So far, ONLY 84 quotes have been submitted, and we need at least 200 submissions or no quotes will appear in the yearbook. Get those quotes in! ALL quotes must be submitted through the Microsoft form that is posted on the DNN Senior News course on Schoology.

Additionally seniors, DNN is collecting baby photos for the graduation video. Submit ONE baby photo to [email protected] between now and May 19th. Make sure you include your first AND last name in the subject line. You will receive a reply email confirming your submission. If you have a hard copy of a photo, you can bring it in to Mr. Thompson to be scanned and returned, just make sure your full name is written on the back of the photo.

This is a friendly reminder that Presidential Service Awards tracking forms are due to Mrs. Chetelat on Monday, April 24 by 3:00 pm. No late forms will be accepted. No exceptions!

There will be no Art Club after school TODAY, April 20th. We will meet again on Thursday, April 27th. Please see Mrs. Fardelmann if you have any questions.

Looking for a summer job? Do you like having your own money? Attend the job fair on Thursday, April 27th from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm in the gymnasium. Every class will be attending the job fair. Dress to impress, bring a resume but not required. YES YOU! Go to the job fair!

For Sports:

The varsity softball team had a huge win yesterday, 11 to 5 over Queen Anne’s. The team totaled 16 hits and Leah Simpson lead the team with 3 RBI’s. Madison McGinnis had 7 strikeouts in the circle. Great team win over our north county rival!

Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Lacrosse team for picking up a big win again Kent Island with a score of 7 to 6. Audrey Mumford led the attack with three goals followed by Kayla Brady’s two. Lilly Carson and Sadie Kauffman netted one goal each. The Decatur defenders showed a lock-down team performance, and goalie Addison McDaniel recorded seven saves. Way to go Seahawks!
