Today Celebrates: Lucky Penny Day and World Turtle Day!

Lunch for today includes: Chicken Tenders with Roll, Rotini with Meat Sauce and Garlic Toast, Steamed Corn, Steamed Mixed Vegetables, Applesauce Cup , and Milk.

PBIS is pleased to announce Leslie Verdugo Altamirano as our student of the month! Leslie is an awesome student who shows pride, achievement, respect, and responsibility. Way to go, Leslie!

Our Staff Member of the Month is Pam Soulsman! Pam always is willing to support our students and staff…and she does so with a smile! Thank you for all that you do, Ms. Soulsman!

Decatur Film Society! We will meet after school TODAY to discuss the film “The Lighthouse”. Transportation will NOT be available, so please plan accordingly.

Attention all first semester marching band students. Do you realize that Memorial Day is coming up THIS weekend. That means we have our final parade of the season coming up on Memorial Monday. Mr. Foell has mailed parade information home and there will be a rehearsal 5th period this Friday, May 26th. Keep listening to the announcements for reminders each day as we get closer to this holiday Weekend. Mr Foell and Miss Malone will see you real soon!

Class of 2024! Important information will be coming to you this summer regarding senior portraits, which will take place at Decatur at the end of August. Please make sure your mailing information is up-to-date in PowerSchool as information will be shared with Lifetouch next month.

For Sports:

Interested in becoming a Decatur cheerleader? Sign up for the Cheer Clinic on June 10th beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Learn and work on stunting, tumbling, jumps, cheer, and dance! The clinic is open for any current and future Seahawk cheerleader aged 5 to 18. Registration is $30 for current Decatur students, and $45 for non-students. If you have any questions, see Coach Johnson in room C129.
