The SDHS Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp on Dec. 5 hosted a representative from the U.S. Navy to conduct the squad’s annual uniform inspections and a pass-in-review of the color guard. The inspector was Lt. Teresa Hicks, who was said to have commented, “Decatur is the best NNDCC (Navy National Defense Cadet Corps) I have seen yet.”
