To all students who turned in permission forms and received reminders from Mrs. Bunting about the Ocean City Elementary field day … please remember to go on the date you are assigned, next Monday or Tuesday, and refer to the reminder letter sent to you through your first period teacher for more details.

Did you know that Decatur has our own Literary Magazine? Well, we do, and it showcases stories, poems, and artwork from our very own students! Best yet, you can submit artwork for this years publication! If interested in submitting artwork and photography, scan the QR codes on the massive posters around the school. See Mrs. Zervokas with any questions.

Attention rising seniors! There will be a Homecoming Dance Committee meeting on Tuesday, June 4th in the DNN studio. Any member of the class of 2025 is welcome to attend. HoCo Dance Committee meeting on June 4th. See Mr. Thompson with any questions.

Attention those who are registered to take the June 1st SAT here at SDHS, please remember the following:  Doors open at 7:30 and testing will begin PROMPTLY at 8:00 AM. If you are late you will not be admitted to test. YOU MUST bring a VALID ID, if you do not have a license, a current school ID is fine. If you show up without an ID, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TEST! You MUST bring your IPAD charged! Charging cords are limited. Your ID and testing ticket must match EXACTLY. If your name is misspelled or missing a hyphen or apostrophe you will not be permitted to test. Lastly, if your birthdate is incorrect, you will NOT be permitted to test.  If you have any questions, see Mrs. Candeloro in D149.
