Lunch for today includes: Spaghetti and Meat Sauce with Garlic Toast, French Bread Cheese Pizza, Steamed Broccoli, Steamed Mixed Vegetables, Applesauce, Fresh Fruit, and Milk.

Decatur Nation! Starting today, and taking place all this week, we are celebrating Earth Week! Each day we will be doing a little something to do our part. Today for Earth Day, we encourage your classrooms to go “lights out” where for a few minutes or the entire period you continue learning “lights out”. Todays Fun Fact: By turning off your lights, fossil fuel use is decreased because this is primarily used to generate electricity, your lights! This will conserve energy and reduce carbon emissions. Tomorrow, try to go plastic free!!

All paperwork for this year’s Presidential Service Awards is due by 3:00 pm TODAY. Please bring all completed forms to Mrs. Thompson’s room, A168.

Seniors! It’s time to cast your vote on senior superlatives, to submit your senior quote for the yearbook, and to submit a baby photo for graduation! Quote submission and voting for superlatives is NOW open and will remain open until Friday, May 2nd, after that times no additional quotes or votes will be accepted. Vote using the QR code posted on the flyers.

Baby photos for the senior graduation video are now being accepted as well. Each student is permitted ONE photo and those need to be emailed to [email protected]. Please include the student’s first and last name in the subject line. You have until Friday, May 23rd to email in a photo. If you have any questions about quotes, superlatives, or baby photos, please see Mr. Thompson.

Attention students and staff! This Thursday, April 24th, will be a math fundraiser at Popeyes in West Ocean City from 5:00 until 8:00 pm. Come out and support the math department and check with your math teacher about possible extra credit! Love that Chicken from Popeyes! See you there!

There will be a Fellowship of Christian Athletes meeting this Thursday at 7:15 in D-151, Mr. Drahiem’s room. All are welcome!
