Decatur Nation! This week is Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week! What is mental health? Mental health has to do with how you think, feel, and act. Mental health includes how well you take care of yourself, the quality of your relationships with other people, and how well you handle difficult situations, stress, and problems. Mental health is something everyone has, and it is important to check-in on our mental health regularly, just like we check-in on our physical health.
