Applicants must be students in grades 9 through 12 and residents of Worcester County. To be considered, applicants should submit a short, one page essay, responding to the following prompts: Why is a county fair important to a community? What is your favorite part of the Worcester County Fair? What would you say to someone you’ve just met to encourage them to attend the Fair? Essays will be reviewed and the top ten applicants will be invited for interviews. Selected Ambassadors will represent the Fair and help promote this beloved community event! Essays must be submitted no later than Monday, April 20th. Email submissions to [email protected]
Attention students: There are still quite a few students who have not picked up your WeXL invitations. Please stop by guidance to pick them up. You cannot attend if you do not turn in the RSVP card. Please come to guidance if you have any questions.
