Coming March 18, 2025, Sunrise on the Reaping will revisit the world of Panem twenty-four years before the events of the Hunger Games, starting on the morning of the reaping of the Fiftieth Hunger Games, also known as the Second Quarter Quell… and for those die hard fans, yes, this is the games of Haymitch! Attention to those who are planning to register for the August 24th SAT at SDHS please remember the following: The deadline to register is August 9th and late registration ends August 13th. Doors open at 7:30 and testing will begin PROMPTLY at 8:00 AM. If you are late you will not be admitted to test. YOU MUST bring a VALID ID, if you do not have a license, a current school ID is fine. If you show up without an ID, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TEST. Your ID and testing ticket must match EXACTLY. If your name is misspelled or missing a hyphen or apostrophe you will NOT be permitted to test. If your birthdate is incorrect, you will NOT be permitted to test. Finally, this is important so listen up!: The August 24th administration will occur BEFORE school iPads are reissued. It will be imperative that you bring a personal device, iPad or laptop, from home to test. This device must have Bluebook downloaded. We will have NO DEVICES for you to use.
