Ocean City Maryland has become the site of several music festivals as of late. In 2025, Ocean City hosted three outstanding music festivals, Boardwalk Rock, Ocean’s Calling, and Country Calling. Each festival had a star-studded lineup, with famous artists such as Def Leppard, Rob Zombie, Shinedown, Nickleback, Green Day, Noah Kahan, Weezer, Fall Out Boy, Carrie Underwood, Brooks and Dunn, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, and many more. Now that these festivals are over for 2025, music fans across Ocean City are anxiously awaiting the lineups for the 2026’s events. So, what artists do the students and staff of Stephen Decatur want to see?
UPDATE: On Wednesday, November 5, Boardwalk Rock posted on social media that they will return in 2027, and not in 2026 like originally planned. It was then reported by local news organizations that two headliners pulled out of the festival, resulting in the cancellation of the 2026 festival. Question is, who will Boardwalk Rock secure for the 2027 festival.
