Even though we all have difficulty with our mental health sometimes, it can be difficult for people to talk about their mental health because they might feel embarrassed or ashamed, or they might worry that other people will think badly of them. This is called stigma. Stigma can make it harder to talk to someone when we are struggling with our mental health, but it is really important to talk to someone you trust so that you can get the help and support you need to feel your best!
