Lilly Paquette, a senior, is a staff writer for The Hawk. In her own words: I love writing but the newspaper class is my first actual experience in writing and producing my own to publish.

Outside of school I love getting outside, taking care of my animals, and I always find to to be with my family and friends. Something about me is that I will always do my homework before fun plans so I can fully enjoy those plans and not have to stress about school. In the summer, I enjoy the beach, fishing, and surfing.

I would say my personality is either very calm or very bubbly, I can be filled with energy or sometimes I just want to chill and be left alone. I’d say that I’m friendly and people should be comfortable talking to me. Sometimes I will give cues that I won’t want to be talked to because of whatever reasons. I’m pretty much always down to hang, the only thing I’m picky with sometimes is food or where my family/friends want to go to eat.
